We often hear people complain their accountant doesn't actually explain "what the numbers mean". Does your accountant "get" you and your business? We do. We are accountants, but we are real world accountants with a personality, you can actually have a conversation with us and ask us questions!

Avegna was founded in 2007 by CEO, Scott Lyall. Scott is a KPMG trained Chartered Accountant who for over 15 years worked at a senior level in some of the largest multinational organisations in the world including Mobil, AXA, Shell, British Telecom and Dell Computer Corporation.

After working in London for over five years Scott returned to Australia and has worked as a senior finance executive for several company groups both public and privately owned. At that time Scott recognised a niche opportunity for a consultancy firm of accountants to assist small to medium sized (SME) businesses run their finances.
